Programs & Content
Programs range from four to twelve weeks depending on the selected course. The Breathing Awareness Program runs for 4 weeks, Meditation Foundations and Workplace Mindfulness Education run for 6 weeks, Mindfulness for Daily Balance runs for 8 weeks, Stress Awareness & Mindful Living runs for 10 weeks, and Advanced Meditation Practice Development runs for 12 weeks. Shorter programs focus on introductory topics, while longer programs provide deeper educational development.
Programs include a variety of practical educational activities such as guided breathing exercises, attention placement practices, reflection journal entries, mindfulness observation tasks, weekly learning reviews, and personal practice planning. The specific exercises vary by program level and topic. All assignments are designed to be completed at your own pace within the course framework.
